Get in TouchMeet the Designer
Hi, I'm Meg Puleo, and I run Puleo Designs — a boutique interior design studio based in New York City. I translate Pinterest boards into real, livable spaces by combining textures, colors, and finishes to create homes that feel unmistakably yours. Trained at The Interior Design Institute, I bring a detail-oriented eye to every project — whether it's refreshing a single room or reimagining an entire home, virtually or in person.
Designing your home should feel exciting, not stressful. Working with me means every choice — from color palettes to finishing touches — is considered with care but never takes itself too seriously. Not sure where to start? We'll figure it out together. Some of the best design decisions are made over a good martini.

Quick Answers
It's easy — fill out the form below and tell me about your space and style. We'll have a quick intro chat to align on your vision, budget, and timeline. Then I get to work: depending on your package, you'll receive a mood board, sample board, shopping list, or the full white-glove treatment. The Vision and Transformation packages include revision rounds so we get it exactly right. Then you enjoy your space — martini optional but encouraged.
Absolutely. Most of my clients are renters in NYC. I specialize in making temporary spaces feel permanent — no holes in the walls required (unless you want them).
Yes! I work with clients both locally in NYC and virtually anywhere. All I need are measurements, photos, and your Pinterest board — I'll handle the rest.
The Mood and Vision packages typically take 2–3 weeks. Full Transformations vary by scope but usually run 4–8 weeks from first chat to final styling.
When you book The Vision or The Transformation, I can purchase pieces on your behalf through my trade accounts and pass the savings to you. The discounts often cover the cost of the design service itself.
That’s literally what I’m here for. Take the Style Quiz, send me your Pinterest board, or just tell me how you want your home to feel — we’ll figure it out together. Some of the best design decisions are made over a good martini.
That’s actually how most projects start! All services are priced per room, so you can start with a single space and add more whenever you’re ready.
Exclusive Access
When you work with Puleo Designs, you get access to exclusive trade pricing on 30+ of the industry's most sought-after brands. Better design, better prices.
Average savings: 10–30% off retail. On a $5,000 furniture order, that's $500–$1,500 back in your pocket.
Client Reviews

After moving yet again, I didn't think it was worth investing in a 'temporary' space — until Puleo Designs stepped in. Meg took my loose ideas and transformed them into a sleek, modern bedroom that truly feels like home. What felt overwhelming became effortless, and in under a month, my space went from a blank canvas to a tranquil oasis. She was collaborative, thoughtful, and pushed me in the best way — I'll absolutely be working with her again.

Working with Puleo Designs was truly effortless. I came in with almost nothing — just the news that I was having a baby, a small nursery to work with, and one wallpaper mural I loved. From that single starting point, Meg brought my entire vision to life in a way I never could have imagined. She transformed a limited space into something incredibly thoughtful, functional, and beautiful. Every detail felt intentional.

I was stuck and just needed a fresh perspective to kickstart my space. Meg provided a curated mood board and a color palette that felt so 'me.' She has an incredible eye for those little pops of color and textures that make a room feel complete. It was like having a cocktail with a friend who just happens to be a design genius.
