Get in TouchMeet the Designer
I'm Meg Puleo — founder, lead designer, and a graduate of The Interior Design Institute. At Puleo Designs, we turn Pinterest boards into rooms you can actually live in: texture, color, and finish chosen for your space, not a showroom. One room or the whole apartment, in person or virtually.
Designing your home should be the fun part. Every choice, from the paint to the last throw pillow, gets real consideration — and none of the ceremony. Not sure where to start? Most people aren't. Some of the best design decisions are made over a good martini.

Quick Answers
Fill out the form below and tell us about your space and style. We'll have a short intro chat to align on vision, budget, and timeline, then we get to work. Depending on your package, that means a mood board, a sample board, a shopping list, or the full white-glove treatment. The Vision and Transformation packages include revision rounds, so we land it exactly right. Then you live in it — martini optional but encouraged.
Most of our clients are renters in NYC — making a temporary space feel permanent is our specialty. No holes in the walls required (unless you want them).
Yes. We work with clients in NYC and virtually everywhere else. Send measurements, photos, and your Pinterest board — we handle the rest.
The Mood and The Vision typically take 2–3 weeks. Full Transformations vary by scope but usually run 4–8 weeks from first chat to final styling.
When you book The Vision or The Transformation, we purchase pieces through our trade accounts and pass the savings straight to you. The discounts often cover the cost of the design service itself.
That’s what we’re here for. Take the Style Quiz, send us your Pinterest board, or just describe how you want the room to feel — we’ll get there. Some of the best design decisions are made over a good martini.
That’s how most projects start. Everything is priced per room, so begin with one space and add more when you’re ready.
Exclusive Access
Work with us and you shop through our trade accounts — designer pricing on 30+ brands you already have open in another tab.
Average savings: 10–30% off retail. On a $5,000 furniture order, that's $500–$1,500 back in your pocket.

Client Reviews

After moving yet again, I didn't think it was worth investing in a 'temporary' space — until Puleo Designs stepped in. Meg took my loose ideas and transformed them into a sleek, modern bedroom that truly feels like home. What felt overwhelming became effortless, and in under a month, my space went from a blank canvas to a tranquil oasis. She was collaborative, thoughtful, and pushed me in the best way — I'll absolutely be working with her again.

Working with Puleo Designs was truly effortless. I came in with almost nothing — just the news that I was having a baby, a small nursery to work with, and one wallpaper mural I loved. From that single starting point, Meg brought my entire vision to life in a way I never could have imagined. She transformed a limited space into something incredibly thoughtful, functional, and beautiful. Every detail felt intentional.

I was stuck and just needed a fresh perspective to kickstart my space. Meg provided a curated mood board and a color palette that felt so 'me.' She has an incredible eye for those little pops of color and textures that make a room feel complete. It was like having a cocktail with a friend who just happens to be a design genius.
